Our Mission
Founded and operated by husband-and-wife team Danielle and Bailey Speed, our agency has proudly served the Greater Jackson Area and beyond for over five years as a trusted provider of employee benefits. Born and raised in Jackson, Bailey has deep roots in the community and is dedicated to supporting local businesses with personalized, ethical, and high-quality service.
We began our insurance journey with Aflac (American Family Life Assurance of Columbus), but as our clients' needs grew, so did we. Today, we work independently, going to market on behalf of our clients to find the best insurance solutions available. Our agency has earned recognition not only for our high volume of sales but also for our unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical practices.

We offer a range of insurance products including Individual Health, Group Health, Basic Life & AD&D, Voluntary Life, and Individual Life. Our bread and butter is Aflac. We offer all three Aflac companies. Aflac traditional which everyone has had at one point or another. Aflac Group which is for our clients with 100+ employees, typically seen in larger employers and public-sector. Finally, Aflac Dental and Vision which has been a tremendous addition to the Aflac brand.
You can file a claim by contacting us directly or using our online claim form, most our clients should have the MyAflac app where you can file & track claims.
Your insurance premium may be affected by factors such as your age, or zipcode.
Most of our business is handled over the phone, but we offer both in person and self enrollment options for our clients.
